Response times

We are a small team of student volunteers: we try to reply within 5–7 working days. Privacy-rights requests (GDPR) take priority and are answered within 30 days.

What to include in your message

To help us reply faster, please include:

  • a clear description of why you are contacting us;
  • if it concerns your account, the email used to register;
  • for bug reports, the browser/device used and a brief reproduction of the problem;
  • for privacy requests, specify which right you are exercising.
